Excluding Salesforce customer community and partner user licenses from suspicious activities

Note:This enhancement is available with SaaS Management.

The Salesforce integration with SaaS Management includes a Suspicious Activities tab (SaaS > Managed SaaS Applications > Salesforce > Suspicious Activities) for the individual Salesforce org. With this enhancement, Salesforce customer community and partner user licenses are no longer counted as suspicious activities. Excluding these non-malicious users, who are not listed in an organization’s HR Roster, increases the efficiency of threat detection and decreases the risk of overlooking genuine security concerns.
